About Us

Wildbrook Forest Theatre, founded in 2022 by Trish Roberts, is a nature-based performing arts project that immerses theatre in the natural world. We explore how to deeply connect to a wild place and to each other through story-telling and imaginary play.

ROOT. GROW. SHINE.

Play is at the heart of our place-based, process-focused theatre. We believe that we all need more play in our lives, as it provides a safe space to take risks and explore personal growth edges.

For us, theatre is all about growth- as individuals and as a community!

PLAY. EXPLORE. IMAGINE. CREATE.

Stories are the foundation of our creative process. Through storytelling, we gain a better sense of our place in this world.

CREATIVITY. AUTHENTICITY. STORYTELLING. BELONGING.

Where the forest is our stage and creativity takes root, WFT offers a safe, nourishing place for reflection and creativity, self-discovery and connection.

Our mission is to spread joy, wonder and connection through a performing arts experience immersed in a wild place.
